Encore Emporium - This feature enables customers to organize a "menu of recordings" customized for their company. Each menu option may contain an Operator recorded message or it may contain a pre-recorded Encore session. A dedicated toll-free number is provided to access the menu of recordings.
Encore Plus - This feature enables customers to obtain participant feedback in the form of numeric polling responses (i.e. surveys or quizzes). Recorded questions with multiple choice answers can be inserted at the beginning or end of an Encore recording.
Encore Reporting - This feature provides you with a written record of the responses to custom voice prompts. The Leader choose to collect Participant names and up to 6 additional pieces of Participant information, plus a 25-word comments field. This feature allows you to request participant information just prior to or just after the Encore Replay.
