- Private communication line to the operator use a private sub-conference to make special requests or provide instructions to the operator
- Customized introduction and conference structure - submit a script or agenda so your operator can structure your cal the way you want it
- Customized reporting and billing have the operator ask your callers two or three questions as they dial in and receive a post-conference report of the information

Many of our customers also combine our Operator Assisted service with our Direct Event audio conferencing service. Direct Event offers the customization of a large scale event call with the convenience of automated-entry conferencing. Participants join your conference call by entering a passcode, eliminating the need for an operator to connect them to your event, but still giving your panel of speakers white glove service.

Record your conference call
Recording your conference call is a great way to ensure that your message reaches those unable to attend your important meetings or to cost-effectively archive your meetings and communication. Calls are digitally recorded to ensure crystal clear quality and are delivered quickly to you in the medium of your choice.
- Operator Assisted: $25 recording fee for a compact disc, plus shipping.
- Ready-Call: Conveniently store your recording and play it back anytime over the phone or on the web. Playback billed per minute for listening time, stored for 30 days free of charge.
- Encore Replay: $.27 per minute
Give instant access to pre-recorded meetings with Encore voicemail playback. This flexible service allows callers to hear individual replays of your meeting at their convenience by dialing a toll-free number.
Additional Encore features:- Encore Emporium - If you have more than one recording available, you can create a "menu of recordings" and customize it for your company. Each menu option can be an operator recorded message or it may contain a pre-recorded Encore session. A dedicated toll-free number is provided to access the menu of recordings.
- Encore Plus - Would you like to get feedback from your callers? Encore Plus allows callers to give you feedback in the form of numeric polling responses, i.e., surveys or quizzes. Recorded questions with multiple choice answers can be inserted at the beginning or end of an Encore recording.
- Encore Reporting - Do you need even more information? Encore reporting provides you with a written record of the responses to custom voice prompts. For example, you can ask participants their name and up to five additional pieces of information plus a 25-word comment field. You can request participant information just prior to or just after the Encore Replay.
Transcribe your call
This service is a great way to follow-up your conference call and ensures everyone has a clear understanding of the results of your meeting, as well as to share the discussion with those unable to attend. Your transcription is created from a digital recording of your meeting. Our quick, accurate and professional transcriptions come from a digital recording of your meeting and give you a convenient electronic archive. This service typically has a 48-hour turnaround time, but rush transcriptions with a 24-hour turnaround are available.
- For a 48-hour business day turnaround, the cost is $60 per 15 minutes.
- For a 24-hour business day turnaround, the cost is $70 per 15 minutes.
- For same-day (12-hour) turnaround, the cost is $85 per 15 minutes.
*Per-minute playback charges will apply when recordings of Ready-Call reservationless conferences are transcribed as the transcriptionist must use this method to access the recording.
Send a pre-recorded message
Conveniently send important messages to a large audience with outbound messaging. You record a one-minute message and we dial your pre-determined lists of phone numbers. Our technology is able to differentiate between a live person and voicemail system, so an automated replay of your one-minute message begins as soon as your target audience answers their line!- Voice Broadcast - $.27 per dialed number
